Orkin Mouse in a House Game & Giveaway

When you think of pest control, who do you think of? Which company comes to mind?  For me it is Orkin.

And I know with the colder weather coming, the mice (and other pests) are going to want to be inside with us where they will be warmer.  Do you know the size of a hole that a mouse can squeeze into? It would probably surprise you that the holes can be very small (size of a dime) and they can get in.

Fall has arrived, and cooler weather has come with it. Whether or not you know it, your warm house is an open invitation to unwanted guests looking for a cozy winter vacation: rodents. Each fall, rodents migrate from their outdoor “summer home” to the warmth, food and shelter of their “winter timeshare” – your house!

Being human has its perks, like having a cozy house to enjoy during the winter, but imagine having to survive as a mouse? Try your luck by playing “Mouse in a House” – a choose-your-own-adventure game that puts you in the shoes of a rodent looking to survive the upcoming harsh winter season – try your best to stay alive and see how long you last!

Orkin uses the latest technology and unparalleled training to develop an effective treatment that's right for your home. To learn more about pest control grounded in science or to schedule an inspection, visit orkin.com or call 1-800-800-ORKIN.

Orkin has come up with a #MouseInAHouse game, you choose your adventure, you get to be the rodent trying to get into the house. C'mon, haven't you always wanted to put yourself in the tiny shoes of a rodent?? Choose your adventure, play the game and tell us how long you managed to stay alive.

Plus, thanks to Orkin, playing the game gives you a chance to win a very cool cozy fleece winter blanket.

Disclaimer: All assets and prize will be provided by Orkin. I received no monetary compensation for this posting, however, I will receive a Orkin fleece blanket. Many thanks to Orkin and PartnersHub for allowing our blog to participate in this promotion.

PUREX Crystals Aromatherapy Giveaway

*Purex has provided me with a sample of Purex Crystals Aromatherapy in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own. #PurexInsider

Have you seen the new Purex Crystals Aromatherapy yet? They have just come out in mid-October!!

I am a huge fan of Purex Crystals! I love how easy they are to use and how they give our clothes a nice aroma that seems to last days.

I know that I am going to be a fan of the Purex Crystals Aromatherapy as well. I was sent the "Energy" product and wow is all I can say. The fragrance is subtle but yet vibrant! It isn't over powering but it is strong enough that it does seem to last for days. I tested it out on a shirt and three days after I washed it, the fragrance was still present. It is an awesome laundry enhancer and a in-wash scent booster that give your clothes a fresh laundry scent.

The fragrances are:

Energy
Well Being
Serenity

Each scent is long lasting and unique and the citrus and the floral scents are blended with the essential oils. I really believe that these scents are soothing and they eliminate laundry odors which no one wants.

I was really looking forward to testing this out!!

Aren't they pretty? Just like yellow gold.

Using a bit extra on my hubby's work sweatshirt.

Yes, it did get the days stink out of that sweatshirt.

Purex has definitely hit a homerun with this new product and I highly recommend that you check it out. Go to where you buy your laundry products and snag yourself a bottle or two.

You all know I love being a #PurexInsider, not just because I love to try out the new Purex products, but because just about each time I am able to have a giveaway for my readers, and this time is no different!

For the giveaway, three of you will win a coupon for a full-sized Purex Crystals Aromatherapy product.

Thanks to Purex for allowing us to do this review and for providing me with coupons to giveaway to our readers.
