I never was a fan of doing laundry (way down my list on things I enjoyed doing) and then I became one of the #PurexInsiders that allows me to try out products, from Purex, in return for an honest review. So here we are back with another new product that we have been given to try out. This product is the new Purex Crystals ScentSplash. If you are a fan of the Purex Crystals, then you are definitely going to be a fan of their new ScentSplash.
I was sent the Purex Crystals ScentSplash Fresh Spring Waters to try.
But it comes in three scents:
Fresh Spring Waters
Fresh Lavender Blossom
Fresh Mountain Breeze
The NEW Purex Crystals ScentSplash is a "in-was fragrance booster that infuses your clothes with the power of liquid freshness." You may add a little or you may add a lot. The recommended dose is a 1/2 of cap full.
I found that worked perfectly for the kiddo and my clothes. My husband's clothes on the other hand though might take a capful or more to get the days work stink out of them. I added it directly to the washer barrel on top of the clothes (not where the fabric softener would go). Also, you may use it with fabric softener or without. I chose to go without to see if I could get the fragrance after the load of laundry was done and yes, it is there. Not over powering, more subtle then anything. Because I hang up our clothes in the bathroom, our bathroom now has the Fresh Spring Water fragrance to it.
When I teamed it up with one of my other favorite Purex products I found the results to be amazing.
Love the ease of use, but I do think that the Crystals are less likely to make a mess, especially if you are letting the kiddo help you out, do the pouring, adding, etc. But I think that you will like this product just the same. It will eliminate your laundry odors and leave you with that fresh laundry that we all know and love.

Musty odors from wet towels.
The worst smell that I have to get out of my laundry is when I did laundry and put it in the dryer and forgot to turn it on and it was a few days later that i realized that there was wet laundry in the dryer. They had mildewed and I really thought that i would have to throw all that laundry out. I ended up having to wash several times and use vinegar.
