Have you ever tried shelf safe milk?

I have to admit that I have never tried it.  I've seen it on the shelf but just zoom right by it.  Not because I think it is disgusting, but I have always thought that if milk wasn't refrigerated, well then, it becomes cottage cheese and not the good kind :-).
